FAQ - login & REGISTRATION
Information about registration, the newsletter and how to reset your password.
In order to be able to log in, you must first register by creating a new user account. You can then log in to our online shop at any time with your email address and password.
Either you are new to MY COFFEE CUP and have not yet registered - or you have registered for our newsletter but not yet in the shop.

No problem - just click on Forgot your passwordin the login area and enter the e-mail address you used to register in our online shop.
We will then send you a link by e-mail, with which you can reset your password and assign a new password.
You may have given a different email address when resetting than when you registered. In order to be able to request a new password, the e-mail address provided must match that of your user account.
If you are sure that you used the correct e-mail address, please check your spam folder. If you can't find the email there either, make sure your mailbox still has storage space. To free up memory, you can delete old e-mails.
If all this doesn't help, you're probably not registered yet. In this case, please create a new user account to be able to log in.
